What we collect when you write to us

Only what you send: your name, your email address, a phone number if you give one, which treatment you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message. If you attach clinical photographs or an X-ray, those are health data — a special category under the GDPR — and we treat them accordingly. We ask for them only because a plan cannot honestly be made without them.

We also record the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, so we know which of our own pages produce enquiries.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Because you asked us a question and we cannot answer it otherwise. For clinical images, we rely on your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to send them. If you become a patient, your record is kept because Turkish law requires a treating practice to keep one.

Cookies

Four cookies are set by us and are necessary for the site to work. Two more come from Google Analytics, and those are set only if you accept.

Analytics, and what happens before you choose

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It runs in what Google calls consent mode, with every storage permission switched off by default: until you press Accept, no analytics cookie is written and no identifier is stored on your device. Your IP address is truncated before it is processed.

If you accept, data is processed by Google and may be transferred outside your country, including to the United States. If you decline, we delete the Google cookies from your browser rather than merely stop using them, and you will not be asked again.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.

Who else sees your data

Nobody we do not need. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to patient-brokering agencies or intermediaries, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. It is handled by our hosting provider, our email provider, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Clinical images sent for assessment are deleted on a fixed schedule if you do not become a patient. If you do, your record is kept for the period Turkish health legislation requires.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to it entirely. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it, and that does not affect anything done before you withdrew. Write to the address above and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
